Refund policy

As most of our items are custom items there are no returns or cancellation on custom items. If it is at sellers fault such as wrong color on item an offer to be fixed or replaced will be discussed but absolutely no refunds or returns on custom items. All items are handmade by me. There maybe slight imperfections in designs. If there is an issue with your item please contact us within 3 days of delivery to discuss a resolution to the matter. I stand behind everything I sell and your satisfaction is my top priority. If you have an issue with your purchase, please reach out to me via email at andreasuniquetouch@gmail.com. If there is an issue during transit package is lost or damaged that falls on the responsibility of the carrier.
